The company has been built and developed to give independent and transparent advice on a range of real estate assets classes. We give our clients the benefit of an impartial third party to devise and deliver an agreed strategy whether its an acquisition, disposal or full end to end development advisory work
Simon Edwardson
Founder
Simon has been at the forefront of London Real Estate in the Prime and Super Prime sectors for over 15 years. He has managed over £2bn in assets and personally transacted on over £1.5bn.
He started his career in one of London's largest residential agencies where he quickly became number 1 (combined value and volume) in sales across London. He was subsequently approached by a publicly listed agency who asked him to run a new homes investment team. Before founding Wind Leaf, he managed over £2bn of residential and commercial assets on behalf of a sovereign investment and development business
