Project Andalucía
Wind Leaf was appointed by an overseas Family Office to advise on a Prime Marbella development site. Although the site had the relevant permits, a complete design overhaul was undertaken to maximise saleability. All marketing material was produced and delivered as well as a complete sales journey for appointed sales agents. The work resulted in an increased the GDV by almost 40%

Project London
A family office appointed Wind Leaf to manage over £150m of London based assets as well as leading the acquisition over £70m in Office and Residential assets.

Project Super Prime
A Middle Eastern family office had acquired a significant asset that needed review as the development had some challenges. Wind Leaf reviewed the position for the families needs, advised on an exit strategy for the asset and is now advising them on a new acquisition

Wind Leaf has been appointed to advise the board of one of the UK's largest furniture companies. We identified a new market, unlocked USPs, and created a new sub brand. We delivered increased significant revenue within 12 months from some of Europe most prestigious developments
